Items used for Breeding
Here you can find a selection of items that have effects for breeding which players will find useful to be using.
Destiny Knot
You can give a Pokemon a Destiny Knot to one of your Pokemon to Hold in which this will select 5 random IV stats from both parents [not just the Pokemon Holding the item] which will be inherited to the Pokemon Egg. This means if you have IV stats that are 31, if that specific stats is selected them that will be inherited into the egg. The other IV stat that isn't being selected will be randomized.
There is no way to select what IVs are chosen with the Destiny Knot.
Power Items
Power Items [Power Weight, Power Bracer, Power Belt, Power Lens, Power Band, Power Anklet] can be given to the pokemon being bred to give a specific IV stat corresponding to the item used. Below is a table of what each of the items will pass over:

This means if you give a Power Anklet to Parent #1 and a Power Weight to Parent #2 then you will gain the respective Speed and HP stat corresponding to the parent stats.
Mirror Herb
If you want to learn a egg move to a respective Pokemon and you have another Pokemon who has this move then you can give the Mirror Herb to the pokemon that you wish to learn it and throw both of these within the Pasture Block. The pokemon will then be able to learn this move without needing to finishing the breeding process.
Everstone
You are able to breed down a specific nature from a parent by giving it a Everstone. If you give both parents a Everstone then which nature the Pokemon will have is randomized between the two natures. Natures changed via mints will not be breed down the new nature to the baby pokemon.
Alternatively with everstones you can use them to breed for specific regional forms by giving it to the non-ditto parent while breeding to gain the specific form.

Q ~ Can I breed two Ditto's together to gain a random Pokemon?
No you will not gain a egg with a random pokemon by breeding two Ditto's together.
Q ~ How can I obtain a Phione?
You can get Phione by breeding either a Manaphy or Phione with a Ditto via the Day Care.
Q ~ Can you get Pixelmon exclusive textures from breeding?
As of now it's not designed to take account of custom textures Pokemon have in Pixelmon. This will be something that may change in the future.
Q ~ Can I breed two genderless Pokemon together?
Outside of ditto, you can't breed two genderless pokemon together. Parents have to be a male and a female in order to breed.
Q ~ Will a egg spawn in my realm while I am in the wilds?
No, eggs will only appear while you are within your realm and they are loaded. Soon as you and everyone else leaves, your breeding will essentially be put on hold.
Q ~ Does hatching eggs give a dex entry?
Yes you can hatch eggs in order to gain a dex entry which goes towards
/dexrewards
