### What is Riding Pokemon?

Did you know that not only can you fight and train with your Pokemon, but there are a select few that you can actually ride on?

Whether that be traversing a Snowy Mountain on the back of your Mamoswine, Traversing the Ocean on the back of your Lapras or even Soaring through the skies on your Dragonite. Travelling can never be easier than it is so make sure to take full advantage of this especially if you're trying to get from point A to B.

### How Can I ride my Pokemon?

Riding Pokemon is incredibly easy. For any compatible pokemon all you need to do is throw out your Pokemon via `R` and press `Right Click` onto it and you'll be push right on the back of the Pokemon. From there you can start travelling as you would normally by using `WASD` to move around and `Space` to **jump**

If you're in the **air** you can hold the `Space` bar to fly up into the sky, and use `C` to fly back down.

This is the same process as if you're on the **water** as you can use `C` to swim down and holding `Space` to swim back up.

To **dismount** of your Pokemon all you need to do is press `Left Shift` and you'll be thrown off your Pokemon. Alternatively you can just press `R` which will put the Pokemon back into it's Pokeball.

### What Pokemon can we Ride?

Here you can find a list of all pokemon that you're able to ride on the server currently. More will be added at later dates.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.mmorealms.gg/pixelmon-wiki/general-guides/complete-overview-of-riding-pokemon.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
