How can I create my own realm?
Creating your own realm is incredibly easy! We actually have a in-depth guide where it goes over everything you need to know about Realms from creating them as well as all relevant commands. You can access it here:
Are there any Gyms on the server?
As of now Gyms are disabled on the server for players to use on the server. These will be implemented in a update released soon on the server.
Why isn't (insert feature here) implemented on the server?
The server is still in BETA with loads of features to be implemented on the server like with Warzone, Battletower plus many many more. We're trying to push new content on a regular basis but please bare with us as we implement things since this may take time. Features that were in our 1.16.5 Pixelmon server are being re-created so these will take time to be pushed in but will give us more freedom for future updates released.
When will the server come out of BETA?
This isn't something we can answer as of now due to a number of factors. The main goal for us right now is to get all of the main features and functions implemented on the server in a stable and polished state. Some of these things take time to implement from creating, testing and then polishing it. We're listening to all feedback given to us and we're tweaking everything as we go along so it's something perfect for all players. We're hoping to be out of BETA by the end of the year as this could be sooner than we hope, it could also a bit longer.
Whenever we have decided it's time to come out of BETA this will be officially announced within our Discord server so make sure to be within these to keep an eye out for that and other announcements.
How do I earn Pokecoins or Gems?
There is multiple ways for players to earn both Pokecoins and Gems. You can easily find out how by accessing our guides respective to both of them here:
How do I claim my starter?
In order to claim your starter on the server, you will be given a selection UI upon first joining the server, to choose which starter you wish to obtain. You will only be able to claim one starter so be sure to choose wisely.
Can I build within the Wilds?
It's highly recommended that you do not build within any of the wilds as these are frequently updated which will wipe any builds within there. Please make sure to build within your realms so that you don't lose anything you have build or stored on the server as that'll be the only place you can save these.
Where does X pokemon spawn?
You can find out all information relating to pokemon spawns on the server via the list we have pushed within the Wiki. You can access them here:
How do I join the staff team? Are there any perks?
You can easily join the staff team through our Discord server by creating a ticket via #ticket-support and asking for an application. This will eventually be pushed into our Forums for a more streamlined experience. Requirements for joining the staff team are as follows:
At least 24 hours of playtime within the current reset.
Aged 16 or over.
Have access to a Microphone. (required for Interview process)
No form of Ban or Permanent Mute within the past 2 months.
No active Ban or Mute (Appealable or Not) on the server.
Being part of the staff team means you're able to help monitor the community and grow it into a better place for all players. While part of the staff team you can get access to staff exclusive giveaways, rewards based on staff activity plus access to commands general players won't get access to.
How do I open crates on the server?
In order to open crates on the server, you will first need to get access to the crate keys. You can obtain these from using Gems which are obtained from multiple means via our Official Store, Pokedex Rewards, Daily Spin plus more. You are able to keep track of any keys you currently have via /crates and hover over the respective crate.
/cratesIf you have the gems needed or key in order to open the chest, head to /crates and click on your respective crate of choice in order to open it and receive your reward.
How can I speak with my friends in-game?
THIS IS CURRENTLY DISABLED ON THE SERVER DUE TO BUGS.
You can easily speak with your friends on the server by doing /msg IGN to privately message your friends. You can also voicechat with friends and other players on the server by doing /voicechat on the server and following the respective commands to either join or invite people.
How do I sell Items or Pokemon on the Auction House?
You can easily start listing Items or Pokemon within the auction house by running the commands:
For items you'll do
/ah sell item pricewhile holding the item you wish to sell. If you are selling multiple make sure to hold the exact amount you're planning to sell on the Auction House.For pokemon you'll do
/ah sell pokemon slot priceto easily list your Pokemon on the Auction House. Make sure the pokemon is in the right slot that you wish to sell on there.
You'll be able to keep an eye on your listing on the Auction House in which you can remove your item/pokemon by clicking on your own item/pokemon and confirming the purchase which will just remove it from being listed.
/AHHow can I give myself a nickname with colour?
The ability to give yourself a nickname as well as giving your in-game name colour is locked behind having a Pro+ rank on the server which is only purchasable from our official store.

How do I link my account to Discord?
Linking to Discord is incredibly easy and we actually already have a guide for this which you can access below:
Do legendries/mythicals spawn? How do I get them?
Most legendaries and mythicals actually spawn on the server and you can see how each of these spawns via our Legendary and Mythical spawns list.
How do I give a pokemon a held item?
Giving your pokemon a held item is also very easy. All you need to do is head into your inventory, and move the corresponding item to the held item slot of your Pokemon.
If you want to retrieve the item back, or wish to replace it with another, then all you need to is swap it out within your inventory menu again.
Why won't it let me give my pokemon a Held Item?
If you can't give your pokemon a held item and you're following the steps stated above then it's likely due to a Mod which isn't supported on the server causing issues. Try either using our modpacks or removing any server related modpacks to see if that fixes the issue for you.
How do I get a new rank on the server?
In order to gain a new rank on the server, you have to purchase them from our official store as there is currently no way for players to earn ranks on the server. You can purchase the ranks here:
How do I extend the size of my realm?
Player are freely able to extend the size of their realm by purchasing chunks on the edges of their realm via Gems which will unlock the chunk for them. You can find more information about this via the Realm Guide here:
How do I switch between Pokemon and throw/retrieve them from their poke ball?
Switching between pokemon is incredibly easy! All you need to do is press Up Arrow Key or Down Arrow Key to go between pokemon within your party.
In order to throw out your pokemon as well as retrieving your Pokemon all you need to do is press R while hovering over it within your party to throw it out as well as putting the Pokemon back in the Poke ball.
How do I enter the wilds or explore the world?
All you need to do enter the wilds on the server is by running the command /rtp or /wild which will teleport you into a random spot in the wilds. You can use the command /back to return back to your original spot prior teleporting to a new area.
How do I heal my party and see pokemon within my PC?
In order to heal your party you will need a Healing Machine in which you can right click on it which will start an animation of healing your current party. You can access some Healing Machines within /warp pokecenter if you do not currently have a Healing Machine in your realm.
Similary to see Pokemon you own that's not within your party you will need access to a PC in which you can right click on it which will open up a menu where you'll be able to change pages, move your pokemon around and more. You can access some PC's within /warp pokecenter if you do not currently have a PC in your realm.

How do I teleport to my friends?
In order to teleport to your friends all you need to do is run the command /tpa <player> which will send a request to the player in question. All the receiver will need to do is run the command /tpa accept and then you should be teleported to their location.
If you want players to come to your location you can do so via /tpahere in which the receiver just has to do is /tpa accept and they'll be teleported to your location.
How do I add people into my realm?
You can easily add players into your realm by running the command /realm invite <player> so they are able to join into your realm. If you want them to have some permission in there then you can do so via /realm trust <role> to either make them just a visitor to full perms within there.
You can check any current member of your realm via /realm members and remove any players from your realm via /realm remove <player>

How do I put a Pokemon on my shoulder? What Pokemon are compatible?
Did you know you can put pokemon on your shoulder? This is a great way to show off pokemon in a unique way and it's incredibly easy to do. For any compatible pokemon like Pikachu all you need to do is Shift + Right Click onto the pokemon of choice which will bring place them on your shoulder.
In order to remove the Pokemon from your shoulder all you need to do is press R and your pokemon will now be thrown out again. Currently every Pokemon can be placed onto the users shoulder, with their model shrinking down to match a standard small partner.
Do I lose items when I die? Are there monsters or hostile mobs?
Keeping Inventory is on meaning that you if die on the server, you will not lose any items you're currently holding.
The server is currently on Easy but hostile mobs are currently turned off meaning you won't get any issues with hostile mobs outside of any that spawn from spawners, wardens and drowned.
How do I make my party show on the side of the screen again? Can I hide this?
In order to hide and show your party within the HUD of the pixelmon experience, all you need to do is press O which will cycle through different styles of your HUD.
How do I access the end or nether?
As of now, the only way players can access the Nether or End on the server is via the normal method i.e. Nether Portal for the Nether and then the End Portal for accessing the End. You can try asking players on the server if they're currently within and/or have homes set within the Nether/End to teleport you into there.
How do I get more pokeballs?
You can either purchase Poke Balls from the pokemart via /shop or craft them on the server. You can find everything you need to know about crafting poke balls and all the items needed for crafting them via our guide created about it:
What are shinies? How will I know if I have found a shiny? Is there a way to find them easily?
Shiny Pokemon are those that have a different colour palette compared to their normal palette. These are typically a extremely rare to find in most of the games and the same is true for our server. We actually have a guide which goes over everything you'll need to know about shinies below:
What is the server IP?
To join the server, you can use the following IP:

Can I install different mods to the server?
You can, although some will not work and be useless for the server, and others might just ruin the experience for you by causing conflcts which may lead to broken textures or unintended crashes as a result like with Cobbleverse. You can install ones on the server that only affect the client side as we only have one rule when it comes to adding mods to the server and that is not using any exploitable mods like X-Ray or Freecam to gain an advantage on other players.
How can I hide my Scoreboard?
At the time of writing this, players can not disable the Scoreboard on the server so you will have to leave it for now. In a update very soon however you will be able to do /scoreboard_toggle which will remove it from your screen, and running the command again will enable it.
My realm has completely changed biome? How can I fix this?
There may be occasions where you log onto the server and access your realm only to find it's completely changed biome and anything built in there has been lost. Don't stress too much about it, you've experienced a bad realm load. You can fix this easily by logging off the server for 30+ minutes to allow your realm to unload, and then once you log back on your realm should be back to normal. If your realm is still bugged after this then feel free to make a ticket via our Discord server for support.
NOTE: Do not build/store anything in your realm while you're in this bad load state as once it's fixed you will lose anything placed inside of it.
I am a returning played from Pixelmon Realms, and used to own paid content? How do I reclaim this?
Pixelmon was released into the MMO Realms network through merging the existing Pixelmon Realms into this. As a result we have taken extra steps to ensures users with paid content from Pixelmon Realms still retain as much as possible when moving over, minimising any amount of loss.
Starting with Donator ranks, you will keep the highest rank obtained across any of the previous legacy-Realms (Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, etc). With all additional ranks from the other legacy-Realms being converted into gems of an equivalent value.
Which leads on nicely into any unspent gem balance, in much the same way this will be carried over and converted into gems of an equivalent value. By this we are adhering to equivalency based on the real monetary from our web-store.
All other content is unfortunately not reclaimable due to internal limitations, with the clearest example being custom equipment such as the Monthly Gear, due to the fact the modpacks created are not directly transferable to the new server and its latest version of Minecraft 1.21.
I have reclaimed my donor rank from Pixelmon Realms? What has changed with my rewards and perks?
We have done our best to keep the ranks as similar as possible, such that all returning players have a sense of familiarity. That being said, some changes are required to ensure players still receive an equivalent value through usage. For a detailed list of all current rewards, please review the guide linked below, where the main difference is the removal of one-time choice rewards.
How do I reuse the shines? What are End Crystals for?
Typically from the base modpack, shrines are a one time use. This doesn't exactly work for a multiplayer server, so as a means to make improvements we have made them reusable. By right clicking a "used" shrine with an end crystal, there is a chance it gets reset and ready for use. Upon a successful reset, you will be notified via chat. More info can be found in the Legendaries guide.
Why can't I see pokemon icons on my map?
This feature has been disabled server side due to people using it to exploit and give themselves advantages over another. Unfortunately this won't be implemented back on the server. It should be blocked on multiple maps and if any players are caught bypassing it then they will be punished accordingly.
Where is Safetrade? Am I able to pay someone on the server?
Safetrade will be implemented soon on the server in which you will be able to use it to pay other players for trades or services, but for now there is no way to do trades or pay others until it's been implemented.
