πA Complete Guide to the Store
If you're reading this guide, then you either need help with making purchase, purchases issues you are having or just want some more information about the store.
Our store provider in which we use for the server is Tebex, and while for the most part purchases will go through fine with no issues there are times where you may not be able to make a purchase and/or purchases have gone through yet you have not received your gems. I'm going to make this guide to go over everything about the store which you can access on the store, as well as potential fixes to issues players have via a FAQ.

How to Access the Store
You can access the store using the following link:
Once you have made any purchase, you will get these purchases on the server within 5-10 minutes from your purchase time. You will be able to access /store to use your Gems if you purchased these from the store.
How to Make a Purchase
Once you are on the store page, click the Login button located at the top right of the screen. Enter your Minecraft IGN (this is not your /nick or your real name). Using anything other than your actual IGN may prevent your purchases from appearing in-game and could require submitting a ticket to resolve the issue. After entering your IGN, click the green Login button to access the store.

Once you reach the next page, click on the Menu option on the left side of the store, then select the category from which you wish to make a purchase to open the corresponding page. [AT THIS TIME, YOU CAN NOW ONLY PURCHASE GEMS]

Alternatively, if you are on the webpage and do not see the Menu option as shown in the screenshots above, you should instead see the page categories listed directly within the same bar, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

Once you are on the Respective Store page, select the package you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. This will take you to a new page where youβll need to choose the realm you play on. After selecting your realm, click Add to Cart to place the package in your cart.
Repeat this process for any additional packages you would like to purchase. When youβre satisfied with your selections, click the Cart icon in the top right corner, followed by Checkout.

If this is your first purchase on the server, you can use the coupon code 15OFF to receive 15% off your order. Any other coupon codes you may have can also be entered here to apply discounts to your purchase.
Once youβre satisfied with your selection, click Pay Now, which will take you to the payment page. Choose the payment method you would like to use and enter your contact information. After completing your payment, if it is successful, you will be taken to an order confirmation page that includes an Order Number, similar to the example shown below:

Once your payment has gone through, you should receive your purchase on the server within a few minutes. A message will appear in chat confirming your donation, after which your items will be delivered to you.
What are Gem Subscriptions?
There are two types of payments you can make on the store. The first is one-time purchases, where you pay only once for the item. The second is Gem subscriptions, which automatically charge the payment method you used each month, delivering your Gems in-game on the scheduled date. Subscribing also gives you Gems at a discounted rate compared to purchasing them through one-time packages.
How to Cancel Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel one of these subscriptions, you will need to do so directly through Tebex. The process is very simple and only requires the email you used for the original payment.
When you purchase a subscription, Tebex will show you the date of your next payment, and from that same page you can access your Payment History β which is what youβll need if you decide to cancel your subscription. You can see an example of this in the screenshot below:

If you no longer have access to this page but need to check your payment dates or cancel your subscription, you can use the link below to view your payment history. Simply enter the email used for the purchase, and Tebex will send you an email with a link that provides direct access to all of your payment history.
Once you have opened the email and accessed your recent purchases, navigate to the Subscriptions tab. This will take you to a page displaying all subscriptions made through any Tebex store. If done correctly, the page should resemble what is shown in the screenshot below:

From there, simply click Manage on the subscription you wish to cancel. In the menu that appears, select Cancel, and you will be prompted to provide a reason for the cancellation.

Once you have completed all of these steps, your subscription should now be cancelled. You can confirm this by checking that it now shows Renew for the subscription you ended, in case you decide to restart it in the future. Here is what a cancelled subscription will look like:

There is no minimum number of months you are required to pay before cancelling your subscription, meaning you are free to cancel at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
Q ~ I want to make a purchase, but the payment method I want to use isn't listed. Am I able to use my payment method to make a purchase?
A ~ Ultimately no, if your payment method is not listed then there isn't any way around for you to use that payment method either directly through the server or the server.
Q ~ My Payment method keeps getting declined, why is this the case? Any way I can help make the purchase go through?
A ~ Your payment may keep getting declined for a number of reasons like not enough money in your payment method, your bank provider does not authorize the payment due to scam prevention, your payment method isn't compatible with the store (I.e. Visa Prepaid Card) and so on. You may want to try using another payment method if you have the money but it still does not go through and/or use Paypal in which you can add a balance to your Paypal account in which you make a purchase with that.
Q ~ My purchase has gone through, yet I have not got the purchase in-game?
A ~ Please be aware the purchase may take a few minutes to go through, but if you still do not receive it then you may have put wrong information within the purchase. Jump into every realm to confirm that you have not accidentally purchased it for another realm as otherwise you are best making a ticket via our Discord server in which we can help you out further to get to the bottom of it.
Q ~ My transaction did not go through on the server, yet money was taken from my bank. Can I get my money back?
A ~ If money has been taken from your bank despite the fact the payment was declined for whatever reason, you should receive the payment back to you over the next couple of days. If this is not the case you will have to contact Tebex further in order to try and get your money back as it's not an issue we're able to help with further other than confirming it was declined via a ticket.
Q ~ I don't play on the server anymore and want to get a refund for my purchases, how do I get my money back?
A ~ All purchases made on the store are final, meaning there is no way for you to be given a refund for the purchases you have made regardless if you have stopped playing, have been banned, accidental purchase and so on.
Q ~ The 15OFF code does not work despite the fact I have not made a purchase on the server, why is this the case?
A ~ If you are no longer able to claim the 15OFF coupon then you will have either already made a purchase in the past and/or you've attempted to make a purchase with the coupon which got declined. If you have had the latter happen to you, then you can make a ticket for a HA+ to look into it to potentially give you a fresh coupon to use on the server however if the same thing happens again after the new code being given to you then a new one will not be issued.
Q ~ How can I check all of my payment history made on the store?

Q ~ I put the wrong IGN for the purchase, can I get this fixed?
A ~ If you accidentally put the wrong name when purchasing from the Store, you can make a ticket via our Discord server for a HA+ to help fix the purchase for you.
Q ~ Can I make a purchase for another person by putting their IGN into the store instead?
A ~ Yes you are able to make purchases for other players, you can put their IGN into the store for them to recieve them in-game!
