How do Ultra Beasts and Paradox spawns work?

Ultra Beasts and Paradox Pokemon function differently from Legendaries and also differ from each other.

Ultra Beasts do not spawn on the server under any circumstances. For now, the only ways to obtain them are through Crates, Pokedex Rewards, purchasing or trading with other players, or via rank related benefits.

Paradox Pokemon, on the other hand, spawn similarly to standard Pokemon. They appear naturally when you are in the correct biome and meet the required spawn conditions, without relying on the random tick system used for Legendaries and Mythicals. Paradox Pokémon can also spawn within personal realms, however they are significantly rarer there than in the overworld. You may also obtain a Paradox Pokemon from Random Pokemon or Shiny rewards from crates, ranks, hunts and so on.
