What is a Realm?

Instead of building within the same world as every other player on the server, you'll instead be given your own world with a slot that you're able to build in, customize to your liking, invite whoever you want as well as blocking any player you wish not to join into it. This is a system that makes our server stand out compared to the rest on the market.

You'll still have access to the wilds where you can collect blocks and items, find pokemon as well as interacting with other players, but realms are your own personal space which you can do as you please in without worrying about others finding your area and building next to you or ruining the area.

How do I create my own Realm?

Creating your own realm is incredibly easy! Once you first boot up onto the server, you'll be able to create your own realm by running the command /realm which will bring up a custom sub menu.

From here you'll be able to chose what Realm Type you would like your own personal realm to be in by clicking on the arrows on both sides of the image of the biome. You can currently choose from:

  • Cherry Grove

  • Forest

  • Plains

  • Savanna

Menu for Realm Creation

Once you have picked your desired realm type, you'll then once to click CREATE which will then teleport you into your brand new realm! Anytime you wish to return back to your Realm all you'll need to do is run the command /realm and click the TELEPORT button.

Example of Cherry Grove Realm created.

What can I do within my Realm? Can I invite friends?

You will want to use your realm to create your own build and store all your items collected instead of the wilds since the wilds is frequently reset which will wipe anything built or stored within them and there is no way to obtain anything back. You can use your realm as a way to show off your building skills to other players especially since we will eventually be hosting build contests on the server where you can go ahead and win some prizes for it!

You can use your realm as a hub for your friends to join as inviting them is as easy as /realm add IGN and they can easily join your realm by running the command /realm visit IGN. How much permissions you wish to give them is determined by you as you can easily edit friends permissions by running the /realm trust IGN RANK in which you can give out the following ranks:

  • Manager [This will give the player full permissions within your realm]

  • Officer [This will give the player access to building within your realm]

  • Visitor [This will give the player no perms besides visiting your realm]

You'll run the command like: /realm trust LaughingButterC Manager

If you wish to promote or demote a certain players permission then all you need to re-run the command but give them a respective rank you want them to have.

Can I expand the size of my Realm or own multiple Realms?

As of now, there is no way for players to increase the size of their own personal realm on the server however this is something we will be adding in the future for players to have access to with the use of Gems. There is no ETA for when this will be added onto the server so make sure to keep an eye out on our Discord server for more information relating to it.

Likewise with increasing your realm size, there is no way for players to have multiple realms on the server. If playing with friends you can then create within their realms if given permission so you have more areas to create, but players are only allowed one realm at a time.

Can I delete my realm and start fresh?

If you're not happy with your realm and wish to start over from scratch you can easily do so by doing /realm delete while you are currently standing within your realm. You will be given a confirmation about your deletion so make sure this is what you want.

Confirmation Screen for Realm Deletion

*NOTE* - Deleting your realm will wipe everything within it and there is no way to retrieve your realm once deleted. Make sure to keep hold of everything you wish to take over with you into your new realm since we won't be able to help you retrieve items lost due to the deletion.

Realm Settings

There are a few different things you can actually edit while within the /realm submenu if you click onto the settings option at the bottom right of the menu.

You are able to check current members within your current realm via the bottom left option of the submenu within /realms.

When you have entered the settings section of the Submenu it'll bring up a new GUI in which you have the ability to change factors within your realm. Stuff you're able to edit in here as currently as follows:

  • Setting pokemon spawning On or Off.

  • Setting a Day or Night cycle.

  • Changing weather from Normal to Raining and vice versa.

  • Making your Realm either Private or Public.
