### Step #1 \~ Installing Modrinth

Before you can start playing Pixelmon you'll need to install the **Modrinth launcher** from their official website. You can access the website by following this link: [ ](https://modrinth.com/app)<https://modrinth.com/app>

**NOTE** - Make sure to **download the launcher which correlates with the OS** of your computer otherwise you won't be able to play on the launcher.

Once you have downloaded the launcher, you'll want to go through the installation process following all the instructions listed by the download.

### Step #2 \~ Logging into Minecraft

Once you have the Modrinth launcher installed you will need to log into your official Minecraft account in order to play. You will find this on the right side of your launch which will push you into the Microsoft account sign in process.

Once you have gone through the process of signing in your account should now be shown on the **Modrinth launcher** in the same place that you originally signed in on. Example of what it should look like in the screenshot shown below:

### Step #3 \~ Installing MMO Realms Pixelmon

You can download it directly via this link: [**https://modrinth.com/modpack/mmorealms-pixelmon#download**](https://modrinth.com/modpack/mmorealms-pixelmon#download)

Alternatively you'll be able to search it by following the steps outlined below:

Once you have signed in on Modrinth you will now be able to start installing our Modpack. You will want to **click on "*****Discover a modpack*****" to proceed further** into installing MMO Realms Pixelmon.

Once you have click onto "**Discover a Modpack**" you will now be able to search for modpacks with the search bar. In order to find our modpack you will need search **MMO REALMS** within the search bar. Your launcher should like the photo shown below if you have done everything correct so far.

You'll want to click on the **Install** option and let that install on the launcher. You should now see the server icon on the left side of the launcher as well as if you click on **Library** you should see the modpack listed there plus anymore you decide to install.&#x20;

### Step #4 \~ Play Pixelmon

From there you can click **Play** which will load up Minecraft which you can then choose **Multiplayer** and our server will be listed for you to choose from. You can hover over the logo and click the **Play** symbol or **double click** to start loading into the MMO Realms server!
